The AirComfort25 is engineered to inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, bacteria, and other microorganisms on evaporator coils and throughout the HVAC system. Continuous UV-C treatment also helps minimize musty odors, including the common “dirty sock” smell, while minimizing biological buildup in the drain pan and condensate line that can contribute to clogs.

The AirComfort25 is designed to treat any residential ducted HVAC system with no maintenance for up to 15,000 hours of treatment life. The system can easily be installed, using either self-tapping screws or the magnets included, above or below the evaporator coil. The powerful LED light should be installed in a location where it is fully shining on the evaporator coil to provide complete treatment. Optional fan-linked operation means it only runs when needed, extending real-world lifespan well beyond traditional UVC lamps, with instant-on performance and no degradation from frequent cycling.
